How Funeral Live Streaming Works
Here is what happens when you book funeral live streaming with us, from the first enquiry to receiving your recording.
Step 1 — Planning & Coordination
Send us the service date, venue and the coverage you need. We confirm availability, the camera setup, any additional coverage and the price in your quote. We coordinate access, permissions and the order of service with you and the funeral director or venue.
Step 2 — Discreet Setup
We agree an arrival time with the venue so there is time to position the cameras, arrange microphones and test the connection before the service. We work discreetly and confirm any restrictions on where equipment can be placed.
Step 3 — Sharing the Viewing Link
You receive a viewing link to share with family and friends. Guests can watch on a compatible phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. If you need password protection or other access restrictions, discuss these before booking so the agreed arrangements can be confirmed. Anyone receiving the link may be able to forward it.
Step 4 — Recording Delivered Afterwards
A downloadable recording of the covered service is included. We confirm delivery arrangements and the online replay period with you. Keep a downloaded copy for long-term access; an edited film is a separate option to discuss when requesting your quote.
Optional Additions
If you would like a slideshow, a pre-recorded tribute or music included, tell us during planning. We confirm what can be included, any additional cost, file requirements and when the material needs to be supplied.
Checking the Connection
We assess the available venue connection and plan the streaming setup. Mobile or satellite connectivity may be appropriate where venue internet is limited. Availability, suitability and any extra charge are confirmed in your quote. Live streaming depends on connection conditions, so we discuss the recording arrangements as part of planning.
