Is the live stream private?
We provide a viewing link for you to share with family and friends. If you need password protection or other access restrictions, discuss these before booking so the arrangements can be confirmed. Anyone receiving the link may be able to forward it.
How long is the stream available online?
The online replay period is confirmed with your booking. A downloadable recording is included, so you can keep a copy for long-term access. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with you; an edited film is a separate option.
What if there is no internet at the venue?
Tell us the venue when you enquire so we can assess the connection options. Mobile or satellite connectivity may be suitable where venue internet is limited. We confirm the setup, suitability and any extra charge in your quote. Live streaming depends on connection conditions.
Can we include slideshows or video messages?
Tell us about any photographs, slideshow, music or pre-recorded tribute during planning. We confirm what can be included, any additional cost, file requirements and the deadline for supplying material.
Is there a limit on the number of viewers?
If you expect a large audience, tell us when requesting your quote so we can confirm the viewing arrangements and any platform limits. Guests need the viewing link, a compatible device and an internet connection.
How soon can we arrange a live stream?
Contact us as soon as you have the service date and venue. Short-notice bookings depend on availability, location and the time needed to arrange access and equipment. We confirm whether we can cover your service before you book.
What does the service cost?
Packages start from £480 for single-camera coverage or £540 with a second static camera and one operator. A downloadable recording is included.
