We’re used to working within those restrictions while still delivering a clear, stable stream that shows the key moments — the entrance, readings, tributes, and the committal (if allowed). We’ll arrive early, liaise with staff, and keep everything discreet.

Graveside or outdoor committals

Outdoor services can bring extra challenges: wind, distance from speakers, and rural signal. We plan for this with appropriate audio capture and connectivity options, and we’ll always talk you through what’s realistic at the location.

As a guide:

• We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before the service to set up and test audio/connectivity.

• If you want arrivals/cortege coverage, we’ll arrive earlier to capture it properly.

• We plan for signal variability, especially in rural areas. If the venue Wi-Fi isn’t suitable, we use alternative connectivity approaches so the stream remains stable.

• If there are two locations (for example a church service followed by burial), tell us the timings and we’ll advise what’s possible.
