The crematorium has two modern chapels (North & South). The City of London Corporation states both chapels seat 100 people, with large sliding doors opening to a covered area where a further 200–300 mourners can stand, view and listen using an external PA system.

The City of London Corporation confirms that the modern North and South chapels offer live streaming through Wesley Media. The venue webcast is arranged through the supplier or your funeral director and has a separate charge.
